Sony PlayStation 2 PS2 - Resident Evil Outbreak File #2 - Brand New / Sealed

Brand New.  Factory sealed.  Pretty clean however there is a small tear in the shrink wrap on bottom front.  Please examine pictures carefully for overall condition.
